The following guidelines and policies establish the agreement between the Client, the Agency, and
the Guide upon booking a service.

1. General Terms and Conditions

Compliance: The Client agrees to follow the regulations and conditions set by the Guides
and direct service providers. Failure to do so grants the Agency and Guide the right to deny
participation without a refund and, if necessary, report the incident to the authorities.
Accuracy of Data: The Client is responsible for providing truthful information (age, sex,
weight, sizes, names, etc.). The Agency is not liable for errors or issues arising from
incorrect data provided by the Client.
• Route Alterations: The Agency and Guide reserve the right to change, cancel, or alter
routes due to weather, road closures, or safety concerns.
• Conduct: Consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited during services and in
transport units (unless specifically authorized by the Guide).
• Pets: No animals are allowed, except for service or guide dogs with prior notice.
• Lost Items: The Agency and Guide are not responsible for lost or forgotten objects.
• Minors and ID: Minors must be accompanied by at least one responsible adult. All adults
must carry official identification.
• Punctuality: Guides will not wait for Clients who exceed the specified departure or
meeting times. No-shows

2. Reservation and Payment Policies

• Currency: Prices may be shown in Mexican Pesos (MXN) or US Dollars (USD), calculated at
the exchange rate determined by Banco de México on the day of payment.
• Payment Methods:
o Website: Full payment via credit/debit card.
o In-Office: Cash or card (card payments incur a 3% commission).
o WhatsApp: Bank details will be provided for transfers/deposits. A receipt must be
sent to confirm.

Installments: Reservations can be made with a minimum deposit per person, with
subsequent payments until the balance is cleared.
• Deadlines: Services must be fully paid 3 days before the activity (15 days for national
tours). Last-minute bookings (3 days or less before) must be paid in full immediately. No
payments are accepted on the day of the service.

3. Date Modification Policies

If a Client requests a change of date, the following penalties apply:
• 14+ days notice: No penalty.
• 13 to 3 days notice: 10% penalty fee of the total service cost.
• 2 days or less notice: No date changes or refunds allowed.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policies

Client-Initiated Cancellations:
All requests must be submitted in writing to your assigned travel advisor, including your
reservation number and reason.
• 30+ days notice: 100% refund.
• 29 to 14 days notice: 90% refund.
• 13 to 3 days notice: 50% refund.
• 2 days to same-day notice: No refund.


External Factors (Weather, Health Alerts, Civil Protection, etc.):
If the Agency cannot perform the service due to external factors:
1. The Client will be offered 2 additional dates (subject to availability).
2. If the service cannot be completed after these 2 dates, a 70% cash refund is offered. The
remaining 30% will be issued as a Reservation Certificate valid for 12 months.
3. Places are not transferable to third parties until after the 2 additional dates have passed.

Agency Fault or Force Majeure:

• Agency Error: If the Agency fails to provide the service due to direct faults, they will
attempt to resolve it. If no solution is found, a 100% refund is issued immediately.
• Foreign/Non-Local Residents (Force Majeure): If external factors prevent the service,
these clients can choose:
o 70% direct refund (30% is lost to insurance and admin costs).
o 90% credit toward another product (10% is lost to insurance and admin costs).
